Bac Ninh approves urban area project

HCMC – Bac Ninh Province's authorities have approved a project to develop a multi-purpose urban area on some 1,600 hectares of land in Tien Du District and Tu Son Town, according to Phap Luat newspaper.

HCMC – Bac Ninh Province's authorities have approved a project to develop a multi-purpose urban area on some 1,600 hectares of land in Tien Du District and Tu Son Town, according to Phap Luat newspaper.

The project will also feature tourism services, cultural activities, resorts, a sport area, a golf club and an amusement park which will be developed based on the model of Disneyland Park, meeting the demands for the province’s socio-economic development.

The urban area will accommodate about 80,000 residents who are now living in Phu Lam, Noi Due, Tuong Giang and Tam Son communes, and Lim Town.

In the center of the urban area, there will be a large square, public facilities and commercial centers.

In addition, areas for education and healthcare services, hi-tech agriculture development, residential areas and a resettlement area will be developed.
